Follow these steps to upload, install, activate, and connect the TukiAI plugin to your WooCommerce store.
-
Download the plugin ZIP file

Log in to your website’s WordPress admin dashboard using an account with administrator permissions.
-
Go to the Plugins screen
In the WordPress sidebar, go to Plugins and then click
Add New. -
Click Upload Plugin
At the top of the page, click Upload Plugin.
WordPress will open an upload field where you can choose a file from your computer. -
Choose the TukiAI ZIP file
Select the TukiAI ZIP file you downloaded earlier, then click
Install Now. -
Activate the plugin
After the installation is complete, click Activate Plugin.
This will enable TukiAI on your WordPress / WooCommerce store. -

Let the AI agent learn your store
Once connected, TukiAI will begin learning your WooCommerce catalog:
products, categories, variations, prices, stock, and other relevant store content.
The clearer and more organized your catalog is, the better the AI agent can answer
and recommend products.

After connecting the plugin, run a few quick checks to make sure everything is working correctly.
- Make sure the TukiAI menu appears in your WordPress dashboard.
- Check that your TukiAI account connection is active.

- Make sure the chat or AI agent appears on your website according to your settings.
- Ask a real product question to test the quality of the answer.
- Review the first conversations and reports to understand what customers are asking.
Common Installation Issues

Your server may have a low upload file size limit.
Try uploading the file again, or contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase
the upload_max_filesize and post_max_size limits.
The plugin was installed, but I do not see the TukiAI menu
Make sure the plugin was activated after installation.
Go to Plugins, find TukiAI, and click Activate
if it is not active yet.
The agent does not recognize products in my store
Make sure WooCommerce is active, products are published, and your product information is not empty.
If your catalog is very large, the learning process may take longer.
The chat does not appear on my website
Make sure the TukiAI account connection is complete, your settings were saved,
and no caching plugin or theme setting is blocking the widget from loading.
After changing settings, clear your website cache and browser cache.
