Is it really free to start? What are the conditions?
Yes — 3 months, no credit card, no commitment, no surprises. Same full-featured version as paid plans.
What happens after the 3 months pilot?
We'll show you the plans and you pick what fits — Pay as you Sell or Growth. If you don't choose, the agent stops until you decide. No auto-charging.
How is a "sale" counted on Pay as you Sell?
A sale counts only when the customer ordered and paid through the agent. Browsing, questions, or chats without purchase don't count. You pay only when the agent brings you money.
What's the difference between a "service chat" and a "sale"?
Service chat is a question unrelated to purchase — status check, address change, return. A sale ends in an order. Both are billed separately on Pay as you Sell.
Which plan is best for me?
Depends on volume. Up to ~60 sales/month — Pay as you Sell is usually more cost-effective. Above 60 — Growth. Use our calculator (above) to decide.
Can I switch plans?
Of course. You can switch between Pay as you Sell and Growth any month. Changes take effect the following month.
