You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be given for periods already paid, except as required by law.

In no event will we be liable for indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TukiAI, its employees, and partners from any claim, damage, or expense arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without prior notice. In case of violation of the Terms, termination will be immediate.
We reserve the right to update and modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be published on the website and/or sent by email. Continued use of the Service after the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be adjudicated in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
